14-day return window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged and returned with original packaging, accessories and manuals.
Eligible items
Most smart home gadgets, car accessories and unopened electronics are eligible for return. Installed, damaged or heavily used items may not qualify.
Refund processing
Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund is processed to the original payment method. Bank processing time may vary.
